From my earliest memories as a child, my grandparents have been there. They made every school play, band concert and birthday party, and even gave my family their piano so my sister and I could take lessons. As I grew older, I realized what a special gift they gave me through their involvement and support in my life. I learned from an early age that each generation has something to offer, and we all leave some kind of legacy.

In working with clients, helping them align their assets with the estate plans, I often get to hear something about the love and the hopes they have for their children and grandchildren. I feel privileged to play a role in helping them leave the legacy they desire. It never fails to bring a smile to my face when I hear one of our clients talk about wanting to help their grandchild pursue a dream, perhaps at least in part because it reminds me of the way I fell in love with music playing my grandparents’ piano. I am grateful to have the opportunity to work in an estate planning firm where I get to know our client personally, hear their stories, and see the way they desire to care for their families.

Kristin M. Carroll is the firm’s Asset Review Specialist. She has been with the firm since November 2012.

As a graduate of Gordon College, she holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies with a minor in Psychology. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, playing the piano, and reading a good book. Kristin loves living on the North Shore with her husband, Hunter, and their son, Jeremiah. Currently she works in the office twice a month in order to spend more time with her son.
