Guided by Care and Connection
From a young age, Megan felt a deep connection to elders and knew she wanted to work with them in a meaningful way. In elementary school, she became involved in activities at her local senior center and built meaningful relationships with older adults in her community, church, and family. While she was not sure how this passion would shape her career, she knew she wanted to help people feel supported during life’s important transitions.
During her senior year at Gordon College in 2006, Megan had the opportunity to intern with Family Estate Planning Law Group. That experience opened her eyes to the impact estate planning can have on families. She quickly realized that this field combined her love for working with people and her desire to help them navigate life’s changes with confidence and clarity. From that point forward, she knew she had found her place.
