Get to Know Samantha
Samantha J. Caezza is the lead attorney for Family Estate Planning Law Group’s Generations Program, the firm’s ongoing relationship-based service that keeps families’ estate plans up to date and aligned with their assets. With her nearly decade of experience in estate planning, she combines technical expertise with a caring, practical approach that helps clients feel confident and supported through every stage of planning.
In her role, Samantha oversees estate plan design, initial asset alignment, and the trust administration process for families of Generations clients after a loved one’s passing. She ensures plans remain effective as life changes, guiding families through updates, asset organization, and next steps with clarity and compassion.
As a member of the firm’s leadership team, Samantha helps shape strategic direction and fosters a collaborative culture centered on precision, education, and long-term client relationships. She also mentors attorneys and paralegals, equipping the team to deliver an exceptional client experience at every stage of planning and administration.
My favorite part about estate planning is hearing stories from clients of their favorite family memories and building lasting relationships with each client.
A Passion for Family and Planning for the Future
Some of Samantha’s best childhood memories are of summers spent at her grandparents’ house, swimming in their pool and laughing with family. With both of her parents working, she spent a lot of time with her grandparents and their siblings. As they got older, Samantha watched her parents step in to care for them and saw firsthand how important it is to plan for the future.
When she began her legal career in estate planning and probate administration, Samantha witnessed the difference a well-prepared plan could make. Families grieving a loved one often faced complicated legal hurdles. Some had a clear plan in place, making the process smoother. Others struggled with uncertainty, adding stress to an already difficult time.
That experience shaped why Samantha does the work she does today. At Family Estate Planning Law Group, she helps families create and maintain estate plans that truly work, so they can focus on spending time together rather than dealing with legal complexities. Her favorite part of this work is hearing clients’ stories, learning about their families, and building lasting relationships that ensure their wishes are carried out.
Education
Sam earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, with a minor in Psychology, from Boston University, and went on to earn her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
