Why Supporting Families Matters to Symmie
I grew up in Boxford, MA, surrounded by the love and support of my parents and younger sister. My parents, who didn’t have the opportunity to attend college, instilled in us the value of education and the importance of finding a fulfilling career. My mom, in particular, has always been my role model. As an office manager at an investment firm, she introduced me to the world of operations and client care—I even spent summers working alongside her in Boston. Watching her work with care, precision, and professionalism shaped the path I chose to follow.
Although I originally pursued a degree in health sciences with the intention of becoming a nurse, I soon discovered my strengths were in numbers and operations. That realization, along with my interest in helping others, led me to the legal field—specifically, estate planning.
I believe that planning for the future is one of the most important and compassionate things a person can do.
Estate planning ensures that people are cared for by their own standards and that their legacy is honored.
A Welcoming Experience from the Start
Symmie joined Family Estate Planning Law Group in January 2025, where she serves as the Receptionist and Operations Assistant. With a background in health sciences and business administration, she plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, client-centered experience from the moment someone connects with the firm. Symmie is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment, helping clients feel comfortable and confident as they begin their planning journey.
Her long-term goal is to continue growing professionally and contribute to building efficient systems that support both clients and the FEPLG team. She is inspired by the firm’s unique Generations program and the team’s commitment to caring for clients beyond documents and transactions.
Outside of the office, Symmie enjoys cooking, baking, hiking, and gaming. She’s also spent the last decade immersed in the fashion industry, specializing in plus-size clothing consulting. She brings that same sense of creativity, attention to detail, and care to her work at FEPLG.
