A Passion for Serving Families
From a young age, I felt a deep connection to elders and knew I wanted to work with them in some way. In elementary school, I became involved in activities at my local senior center and built meaningful relationships with older adults in my community, church, and family. However, I wasn’t sure how this passion would shape my career.
During my senior year at Gordon College in 2006, I had the opportunity to intern with Family Estate Planning Law Group. That experience opened my eyes to the impact estate planning can have on families. I quickly realized that this field combined my love for working with people and my desire to help them navigate life’s transitions with confidence and clarity. I never looked back.
